NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 12 – The Nairobi Hospital recently hosted a pivotal strategic wellness engagement session bringing together Human Resource (HR) Directors from distinguished, high-performing organizations across the region, the exclusive convening was designed to strengthen collaborations between the hospital and corporate leaders recognizing the shared goal of cultivating a healthy, productive workforce.
Themed “Strategic Workforce Wellness as The Science Behind High-Performing Cultures,” empowered HR Directors with a deep dive into the evolving landscape of employee wellbeing, professional intelligence, examining prevailing wellness case law and cutting-edge global analytics that define the modern workplace.
Human Resource Directors collectively resonated on the dire growing need for engagement with the Nairobi Hospital to bolster existing partnerships, exchange professional insight on wholistic staff wellness as a strategic business lever.Â
